Winners at DGA Awards 2025

In the television categories, Frederick E.O. Toye clinched the Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Dramatic Series for the Shōgun episode “Crimson Sky,” while Lucia Aniello was honored with the Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Comedy Series for the Hacks episode “Bulletproof.” Aniello’s win marks her second DGA award, having previously been recognized in 2021.

The DGA’s Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to the illustrious Ang Lee, whose diverse filmography includes masterpieces like Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon and Brokeback Mountain.
